Krista Mueller, CCRC
Research Director

Krista started her career at Midwest Chest Consultants in 1993, when she was lucky enough to get placed with them for her externship when finishing up her education from Medical Assisting school. Krista worked as a Medical Assistant for Dr. Siler until 2002 at which time she took some time to raise her children. She continued to work part time for the company until returning as a Research Coordinator in 2005.

Since that time, Krista continues to be a dedicated member of the Research staff here at Midwest Chest Consultants, assuring that patient safety is their number one priority. Currently Krista is the Director of the research Department and manages every aspect of the Clinical trials in which they participate in. The experience and knowledge that Krista and the Research staff possess is something the companies that sponsor the trials as well as the participants that volunteer to do these studies expect. The Research Team takes great pride in the reputation they have developed and will continue to strive for excellence in their role in the development of effective treatments for COPD and asthma.

Certification: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

Research Experience: Study coordinator and director of numerous pulmonary-related clinical trials over the past 2 decades.
